You will conduct counseling sessions via secure live video technologies, ensuring a personal and engaging experience for clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly telehealth sessions with individual adult clients using evidence-based practices, primarily focusing on CBT and other therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate seamlessly with our psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans and integrate multidisciplinary approaches to client care.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and tracking tools to monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure clients are receiving the most effective care.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within our intuitive therapist portal, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met efficiently.

• Engage with the Therapy Leadership Team for ongoing support, supervision, and professional development opportunities, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related disorders. Your role is pivotal in helping them navigate their struggles, improve their mental wellness, and achieve their personal goals through structured therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active California licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Demonstrated proficiency in employing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices in a therapeutic setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of practical experience providing individual therapy, with a focus on evidence-based interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
