Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Private Equity Regulatory Attorney to join our team. The Regulatory Attorney will play a crucial role in supporting the drafting and updating of policies and procedures at our clients, leading calls with clients, assisting with Form ADV Part 2 drafting and updates and assistance with annual compliance reviews. This role also offers the opportunity to expand into other areas of the firm. The ideal candidate will be a high-performer and have a strong understanding of the Advisers Act, excellent analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to think critically and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Participate and lead client calls Draft, update and proofread investment adviser compliance manuals and stand‑alone policies and procedures Assist with and prepare Form ADV Part 2A and 2B Prepare, draft and proofread annual reviews as developed under Advisers Act 206(4)‑7 Prepare and lead client employee training decks Keep up with regulatory developments Assist with drafting Simon Compliance quarterly newsletter Qualifications: Education: Juris Doctor from a reputable school. Experience: 3+ years of experience at a law firm in the regulatory group and/or in‑house at a private equity firm in the legal/compliance department. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Advisers Act. Skills: Exceptional drafting, analytical and problem‑solving skills; excellent attention to detail; commercial and thoughtful; and highly organized. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; servant‑leader client service mentality.
