Seasonal Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description

Do you enjoy speaking with people all day and have a customer service focus? If so this may be the job for you! We are seeking an exceptional individual who possesses excellent customer service, communication skills, administration experience or recruiting experience to join our team! This individual will work on the human resources team responsible for all warehouse hiring.

The Seasonal Recruiter will manage the hiring pipeline through:

• Contacting candidates via phone and e-mail to schedule interviews for all open warehouse roles
• Updating applicant tracking system, spreadsheets, and reports
• Updating posting listing
• Working with hiring managers to schedule interviews according to available timeslot and quotas

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• 1 to 3 years recent high volume, fast-paced experience
• High energy and driven individual
• Avid learner
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's growth
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Successful track record of achieving targets including deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Experience with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems - Paylocity experience is a Plus
• Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet search, Indeed, Chrome and browser extensions, Social Media, etc.)
