Job Description

HiFyve is hiring a 1st Shift Swiss CNC Machinist!

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: Up to $38/hour

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area, MN / Near St. Paul, MN

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines to support daily production

Read and interpret blueprints and machining documentation

Perform routine quality checks using precision measuring equipment

Monitor machine performance and adjust offsets as needed

Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain consistent production flow

Complete production records and inspection documentation

Maintain clean and organized workstations

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Support collaboration within a small Swiss machining team

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Machining training or technical certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience operating Swiss CNC machines preferred

Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math

Understanding of G-code and CNC machine operation

Experience using precision measurement tools

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
