Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation | $85K–$95K Location: 7924 NE 2nd Avenue, Unit 101, Miami, FL 33138 Job Type: Full-Time or Part - Time Schedule: Monday–Friday Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year About the Position We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient physical therapy team in Miami, Florida. We welcome Physical Therapists at all experience levels , including experienced clinicians, early-career Physical Therapists, and recent graduates. Our practice focuses on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation , with patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and functional mobility conditions. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses, functional limitations, and goals. Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services. Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and functional mobility conditions. Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, gait training, and other appropriate interventions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plan, home exercise program, injury prevention, and wellness. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team. Provide excellent patient care and promote positive patient outcomes. Participate in a collaborative clinical environment and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure. Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required . All experience levels are encouraged to apply. New graduates are welcome. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
