Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE)

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to leadership and department teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional looking to join a collaborative organization with long-term growth potential.

Experience supporting a nonprofit organization is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to management and departmental staff
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and confidential documentation
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and special events as needed
• Assist with data entry, tracking reports, and maintaining spreadsheets
• Order office supplies and support office operations
• Support multiple projects and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative assistant, office coordinator, executive assistant, or related experience
• Nonprofit experience preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
