Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and strengths.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions—whether individual, family, or group therapy—utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary team members, ensuring each plan aligns with the client’s personal goals and needs.

• Participate in case consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to create a cohesive approach to client care.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to promote community engagement and shared resilience.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention and risk assessment to address immediate safety concerns for clients requiring acute support.

• Document all interactions and clinical assessments promptly and in compliance with ethical and legal requirements to ensure effective treatment continuity.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience, with additional performance bonuses available.
