Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software to document progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training to stay current with the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
