Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy for individuals, couples, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans that address client needs holistically.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while keeping up with documentation requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to stay current in mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health counseling.
