Real Estate Associate Attorney AmLaw 100 Opportunity Compensation

$200,000 – $350,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 100 firm in Dallas .

This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing transactions for developers, investors, lenders, owners, and other sophisticated clients.

Ideal Background

• 2–6 years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience

• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and real estate finance

• Experience representing developers, investors, owners, lenders, borrowers, and institutional clients

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, loan documents, and other real estate transaction documents

• Experience handling title, survey, and other real estate due diligence

• Experience coordinating complex real estate transactions from initial diligence through closing

• Experience with joint ventures, real estate private equity, or portfolio transactions is a plus

• Experience with commercial leasing , including office, retail, industrial, or other sophisticated leasing matters, is beneficial

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent client service and communication skills

• Strong academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
