Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

Our client is a well-established national law firm with a sophisticated real estate practice group representing lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders in complex real estate matters. They are seeking an experienced associate to join their Dallas office with a focus on commercial real estate finance. 

Responsibilities:

- Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate secured finance transactions

- Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documents and related financing agreements

- Conduct and oversee title, survey, lease, and other due diligence

- Review corporate organizational documents and mortgage loan enforceability opinions

- Coordinate transaction closings and manage closing deliverables

- Work closely with loan services and other transaction participants

- Support clients on a variety of additional real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of commercial real estate finance transactional experience

- Strong experience with real estate secured lending and mortgage finance transactions

- Strong academic credentials

- Admission to the Texas Bar
