Accounting & Finance Manager

Lead accounting and FP&A transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, data integrity, and reporting improvement. Partner with finance, business operations, and technology teams to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and support better business decision‑making in a complex, multi‑entity environment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and improve accounting and financial processes to increase consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency. Drive process standardization, governance, and alignment across multiple business units and entities. Lead data cleanup, reconciliation, and master data governance initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and reliability. Support internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit activities. Identify and implement automation opportunities through ERP systems, workflow tools, and reporting technologies. Manage cross‑functional projects from planning through implementation, including stakeholder engagement and change management. Develop standardized reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to enhance visibility into financial performance. Deliver measurable improvements in process effectiveness, data quality, and reporting consistency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. 7+ years of accounting and FP&A experience, including process improvement or transformation initiatives. Experience leading projects in complex, multi‑entity organizations. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting tools, internal controls, and automation technologies. Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills. Strong communication, project management, and problem‑solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
