Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and joint therapy sessions with couples and families, focusing on their direct issues and goal-oriented therapeutic needs.

• Provide tailored interventions to individuals addressing a range of familial and personal challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Work collaboratively with team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans based on each family’s unique dynamics.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skill set and stay abreast of the latest therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patient demographic will include couples, families, children, and adolescents facing a number of challenges. You will address a diverse range of issues, from blended family dynamics and conflicts among family members to job-related stressors and adjustment difficulties related to separation or divorce. Your insights and therapeutic strategies will significantly influence their personal growth and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:
