Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients through active listening and empathetic engagement.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, incorporating tailored therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and amend treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the highest standard of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, referring clients to specialists or additional service providers when appropriate to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Document therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress accurately in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
