Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet diverse client needs.

• Assess clients' needs through comprehensive evaluations, setting goals and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, to facilitate healing and goal achievement.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to create a holistic care plan for each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress using our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation sessions to reflect on clinical practice and receive feedback for continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse demographic of individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. As an LMFT at Mindful Retreat, you will work with clients dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ concerns, all within a culturally sensitive framework that respects and honors each client's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical therapy services to a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, backed by the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
