Associate Director, sac-TMT Market Research

Associate Director leading primary market research initiatives for oncology-focused products within a pharmaceutical commercial insights organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee execution of global and US market research strategies for assigned product franchise
- Design and lead primary research projects including framing business questions and directing research methodology
- Manage external research partners and evaluate vendor capabilities in AI-enabled research solutions
- Synthesize primary and secondary data findings into actionable business recommendations for marketing teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams including market access, sales, and R&D to integrate insights into commercial planning
Requirements
- Extensive market research experience with demonstrated expertise in primary research methodologies
- Proficiency in secondary data analysis, syndicated databases, and advanced analytics techniques
- Understanding of AI-enabled research approaches including synthetic respondents and digital personas
- Project management experience with budget oversight, vendor selection, and timeline management
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to translate insights for commercial teams
- Leadership capability to work independently in dynamic environments with minimal supervision
