Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals and families.

• Facilitate both individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues including depression, anxiety, and familial conflicts.

• Provide specialized support for challenges such as grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and divorce adjustment.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

Your practice will encompass a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
