Position Title: RN Supervisor LTC

Location: Vestal, NY 13850

Duration: 16 weeks

Work Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (06:45 - 15:15)

Pay rate: $60/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform accurate and safe medication passes.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate nursing staff.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervise and coordinate CNA staff on assigned units.
• Provide care to residents with Alzheimer's and dementia.
• Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare team members.
• Support quality patient care in a fast-paced long-term care environment.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Current and valid New York RN License No License Hits Allowed
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC)/Skilled Nursing experience
• RN Supervisor/Manager candidates must have 1+ year of Supervisor/Manager experience and 2+ years of LTC experience
• Must be able to successfully complete a medication administration (Med Pass) test and clinical observation
• Strong attendance and punctuality required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Must be flexible with scheduling needs
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Local candidates are accepted
• NY RN License must be active at the time of submission.
• License proof must be provided at submission.
• RTO must be submitted at the time of submission. RTO cannot be added after an offer is made.
• Shift cannot be changed after the offer is made.
• Every other weekend is required.
• Orientation occurs every 2 weeks and cannot be missed.
• All shifts begin 15 minutes early and end 15 minutes late.
