LVN / LPN - LTCTryfacta is seeking a LVN / LPN - LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Location: Vestal, NY 13850Duration: 16 weeksWork Schedule: Day 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 19:15)Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Monitor patients throughout their treatment.Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.Ensure that patients take their medication.Assist doctors and registered nurses.Liaise with patients' families.To be considered for this position, you should have:Active New York Licensed Practical Nurse License.Minimum 1–2 years of recent LTC experience (travel experience preferred).Current BLS Certification (required).Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.Excellent teamwork, time management, and patient care skills.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
