Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and identify their strengths and resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans that align with clients' ongoing needs and goals.

• Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration to ensure an individualized and holistic approach to treatment, enhancing overall care delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to identify and address immediate client safety concerns.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Lead psychoeducation groups and support sessions to empower clients with tools and knowledge to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
