This position reports to: Regional Sales Manager, Electrification US Utility - West Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans, including sales targets, growth goals, and executive relationship strategies. Build strong, long‑term customer relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for issues, claims, and coordinated support. Drive sales of products, solutions, and services with a focus on volume, profitability, and creating added value across business units. Maintain deep insight into customer needs, competitive activity, and market dynamics to shape effective sales strategies and responses. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and/or Marketing. Sales/Business Development experience working with clients in the utilities and/or energy markets. Strong customer relationship skills is a must; Exceptional analytical skills and leadership abilities. Existing customer relationships preferred. Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
