Work 21 hours per week, scheduled flexibly over 2-3 days, with the exciting prospect of increasing to a full-time schedule as the year progresses. Start right away and continue supporting students through June 16, 2027, ensuring continuity and stability for the children in your care.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• Ability to provide or obtain required PA clearances
• Strong background in early childhood or preschool settings
• Experience working with younger children, ideally in schools
• Comfort working onsite in a collaborative education team
• Readiness to interview virtually via Zoom

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement OT interventions for early childhood students, fostering skill development and independence
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to develop individualized strategies and goals
• Document progress, adapt approaches as needed, and help create inclusive learning environments
• Support IEP development and participate in team meetings
• Provide hands-on, engaging therapy sessions aligned with students’ unique needs
