Sales Closer | Inbound Leads
Guardian Tax is seeking motivated sales professionals who excel on the phone and are ready to build a rewarding career in a high-performance sales environment.
This is a true inbound sales opportunityno cold calling, no prospecting, and no chasing leads. Every prospect has already reached out seeking help with their tax issues. Your role is to build trust, identify each client's needs, present the right solution, and confidently guide them through the sales process.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs
- Confidently overcome objections and close deals
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
Compensation & Benefits

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 12 years of phone sales experience
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
- Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Location & Schedule
Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)
Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday each month
