Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a full-time Night Auditor. One who loves working with people and possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Compensation:$17 Per Hour
Responsibilities:- Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
- Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
- Set out the breakfast items for the breakfast bar
- Light preparation of some food items and making coffee
- Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
- Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required
- Flexible overnight hours are required
