Apply today to join our team and help shape the future of our organization.Job DetailsResponsibilities:Strategic Leadership and Organizational Oversight: You will provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization, optimizing the handling of bank and deposit relationships, and initiating appropriate strategies to enhance cash.Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Management: You will be responsible for the development and execution of the organization's budgeting and financial forecasting, ensuring all financial operations are in line with the organization's goals and objectives.Financial Reporting and GAAP Compliance: You will oversee the production of timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring that the organization complies with all GAAP guidelines.Grant Management and Funding Oversight: You will manage and oversee all grants, ensuring that they are utilized and reported correctly.Personnel Leadership and Policy Implementation: You will lead the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
