Facilities/Office Support Associate

LHH is supporting a professional services organization in the search for a Facilities/Office Support Associate to support daily office operations in a professional corporate environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being a key support resource behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Support daily facilities and office operations Maintain kitchens, conference rooms, phone pods, and other common areas Stock and manage office, restroom, and kitchen supplies Coordinate conference room schedules and daily setup Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages Assist with employee meetings, breakfasts, lunches, and internal events Provide coverage for administrative staff as needed Prepare conference rooms and shared spaces each day Run occasional local errands (driving may be required) Support desk moves, office reorganizations, and special projects Liaise with building operations for office issues or emergencies Assist with holiday initiatives and internal programs as assigned Qualifications High school diploma required 2+ years of facilities, office services, or administrative support experience strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Visio a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced office environment #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
