Our Impact Serving 5,000+ merchants worldwide Supporting clients from innovative startups to established global enterprises Operating with a truly global workforce spanning multiple continents and time zones About the Role As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Associate at Chargeblast, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth—owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while collaborating with our entire sales and partnerships team. This is a high-intensity, high-reward role for elite sales professionals who live for the hunt and thrive under pressure. You will take full ownership of deal flow, enterprise sales, and pipeline generation. You'll act as a relentless closer and strategic relationship builder, ensuring revenue targets are not just met—but dominated. You'll report directly to our Founder and CRO, with direct exposure to leadership and fast-track growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is fiercely competitive, thrives in face-to-face interactions, and wants to win big in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment. What You'll Do Revenue Generation & Deal Closure Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contracts Hunt and close high-value enterprise deals with relentless follow-through Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach Execute with speed and precision to consistently exceed quota Client Engagement & Relationship Building Travel frequently to meet clients face-to-face and close deals in person Attend conferences and industry events to network, generate leads, and represent Chargeblast Build deep relationships with prospects and clients through authentic, consultative selling Master the art of the close in high-stakes, high-pressure environments Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with the sales and partnerships teams to align on strategy and execution Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness Communicate market insights and competitive intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategies Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to every team interaction Execution & Accountability Work late nights and weekends when deals demand it—no excuses Track all deal activity with precision and maintain clean, updated pipeline data Identify patterns in objections or lost deals and recommend corrective actions Bring a zero-ego, results-first mentality to everything you do What You'll Bring Relentless work ethic with a hunger to outperform and outwork the competition Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing enterprise deals 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, tech, or enterprise sales preferred) Face-to-face selling expertise—you thrive in conferences, client meetings, and in-person interactions Resilience and grit—rejection fuels you, setbacks don't faze you Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly Willingness to travel frequently for conferences, meetings, and events Comfortable working late nights and weekends to close deals and hit targets Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing pipeline and deal flow Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.); bonus for experience in high-growth startups What We Offer High base salary + good commission structure Massive upside for top performers—earn what you're worth Fast-track growth with direct reporting to Founder & CRO Merit-based culture where results = rewards Elite team environment surrounded by A-players who are all-in Travel opportunities to conferences and high-profile client meetings Our Culture We're not for everyone.
