Locations 850 E LOOP 820, FORT WORTH, TX, 76112, US Banner Albertsons Union Status Non-Union Job Description Position Summary: The Starbucks Manager leads the in-store Starbucks operation, ensuring exceptional beverage quality, outstanding customer service, and strong financial performance. This role is responsible for daily operations, partner development, and maintaining brand standards while creating a welcoming and engaging café experience. Department Operations Oversee all Starbucks operations including beverage preparation, food service, and inventory management Ensure full compliance with Starbucks brand standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines Manage ordering, inventory levels, and waste control Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work and service areas Customer Experience Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging café environment Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality beverages and food items Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Encourage partner engagement to enhance the overall experience Hire, train, and develop partners Provide coaching on beverage standards, customer service, and speed of service Schedule shifts based on business trends and staffing needs Foster a positive, inclusive, and team‑focused culture Drive sales through product quality, speed, and suggestive selling Manage labor, inventory, and waste to meet financial targets Monitor key performance metrics including sales, margin, and productivity Safety & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Follow all Starbucks and company operational policies and procedures Maintain a safe work environment for partners and customers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous coffee shop, food service, or retail management experience preferred Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a café environment with exposure to heat, noise, and equipment use Benefits & Pay Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Depending on tenure and applicable agreements, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay, paid holidays, bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k)).
