Associate Manager, Semi Service

What to Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and organized Manager to lead service activities in support of the Tesla Semi program. This role is responsible for ensuring the local teams efficiently support high volume Tesla Semi truck deliveries and operations. Innovation, collaboration, learning, and growth are core to the team's success. The ideal candidate will constantly identify opportunities to increase product value, make the business more efficient and enhance the customer experience for commercial fleets. Champion customer feedback and drive upstream for system improvement Mentor teams on technical developmentand careergrowth Partner with engineering, help develop and improve diagnosticsystems Communicates business priorities, ensures clear expectations, and takes ownership of site performance, setting and achieving targets while holding the team accountable Track and improve teamKPIs Plan resource and scheduling requirements within marketfor 24/7coverage Expand standardoperating procedures forrobust, scalablegrowth What You'll Bring Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicateacross all levels, inside and outsideof the organization Proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facingresponsibilities Ability to establishand maintain cooperative workingrelationships withallfacetsof the program toactivelyparticipatein the continuous designcycle Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry preferred Automotive experience is required Valid driver's license required with ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Must be available to travelto Tesla and customer locations up to25%.
