Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to clients, utilizing modalities best suited for their unique situations, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address the emotional, psychological, and relational concerns of individuals and families.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions remotely, ensuring a safe and confidential atmosphere for discussions.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, complying with HIPAA regulations and other relevant confidentiality requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients, participating in case consultations and trainings as needed.

• Actively engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to remain current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Colorado.

• Strong written, oral, and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide bilingual therapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly with children, adults, and families.

• Respectful and sensitive to cultural and individual differences, capable of adapting therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Proficiency in utilizing EHR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid car insurance for potential travel needs.
