Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, a high-growth, private equity backed company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. This role is a key partner to executive leadership, owning cost reporting and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Executive team to provide financial insights on costs, headcount, and performance
• Own monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPIs, and presentations for leadership and the Board
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve the cost structure while enabling growth
• Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Improve FP&A systems, data management, and reporting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2 years of FP&A experience, ideally in a fast-paced or PE-backed environment
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Adaptive preferred but not required
• Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to partner across all levels
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• A "builder" mentality with a passion for improving processes and driving results
