Beauty Counter Manager - South Coast Plaza

Summary The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines selling, teaching, customer relationship building, and counter management in a commissioned retail environment. Responsibilities Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' goals. Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools. Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships. Maintain a welcoming, organized, customer-ready department and keep current on beauty trends and products. Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards enrollment. Requirements Passion for beauty, customer service, trends, makeup application, and skincare. Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Ability to remain in continuous movement during shifts and lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
