Summary The CSR/Production Coordinator manages, communicates, delegates, and monitors all aspects of a project throughout all production areas. Serves as the internal support between sales representatives, client, and all internal departments within the manufacturing facility. Has the responsibility to communicate appropriate resources required to ensure that the company’s goals and clients’ objectives are achieved on time and within an established agreed upon estimate. Duties And Responsibilities Act as primary liaison between assigned sales representatives, customers, and production. Creation and distribution of the production work order that will contain specific, pertinent, detailed information as it relates to the project from receipt of materials to delivery of project. Add and track customer alterations including adding standard charges to the job Maintain knowledge of job status for current and upcoming jobs and communicate information with relevant staff. Identification, requisitioning, and distribution of all required information and materials in order to ensure the successful completion of the project and customer satisfaction while adhering to established estimate and delivery date. Continually review information, specifications, and schedule of work orders for accuracy. Communicate and follow up with customer on proofs, any needed samples, delivery dates, etc. Work with production and team to ensure smooth and effective flow of jobs. Duties performed in this job may require the handling of Protected Health Information or other confidential material. Therefore, the employee is required to follow all policies and procedures outlined in the company’s HIPAA related documentation and are subject to the defined sanctions in the event that they should inappropriately use or disclose confidential material. Follow all mandated safety protocols and dress codes. Position Requirements 5 years CSR/Production Coordinator or equivalent industry related work experience. Knowledge of Offset, Digital, and Wide Format Print and Mailing Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strength in multi-tasking and organizational skills, people skills and the ability to work in a team setting. Ability to recognize opportunities and enlist others to get results. Decision-Making skills with a demonstrated ability to visualize, articulate concepts, solve problems, apply logical thinking to capture and analyze information.
