Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current State of Hawaii license in good standing appropriate to the discipline
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Assignment Details

• Variable departmental coverage across 7 days per week with a 5 day work week
• Generally scheduled five days per week and likely to include one weekend day
• Must be available to work Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on facility operations
• Possible floating to other units or facilities based on census and staffing needs
