Process Improvement Manager – Process Development

An exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee pilot plant operations and advance process development toward commercial-scale production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead safe, efficient pilot plant operations
    • \n
  • Troubleshoot process and equipment challenges
    • \n
  • Oversee plant trials, process development, and optimization
    • \n
  • Support process scale-up and commercialization initiatives
    • \n
  • Drive operational improvements while maintaining a strong safety culture
    • \n

Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • Experience in industrial operations, process engineering, or process development
    • \n
  • Background in pilot plant operations, manufacturing, or scale-up
    • \n
  • Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • \n
  • Ability to lead teams while remaining technically hands-on
    • \n
\n
