This role is tailored for individuals with the credentials of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals facing substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to gauge client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on building supportive interpersonal relationships.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and holistic approaches.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science, eligible as either LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
