Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations via telehealth to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing robust digital tools to facilitate accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Provide remote assistance to clients preferring virtual sessions, particularly those facing challenges in accessing in-person therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from diverse backgrounds who are pre-screened for stability and have low acuity mental health concerns. This means you can focus on providing quality care without the pressure of managing acute crises, allowing for a more meaningful therapeutic relationship and positive client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active, unrestricted license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note: Interns or therapists requiring supervision for independent practice are not eligible for this position.

• Demonstrated independence in managing client scheduling and case management responsibilities, showcasing strong organizational skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interactions and documentation.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license, ensuring a strong ethical foundation in your practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
