Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, mental health diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans to provide effective short-term counseling.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities to address a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, addiction, and behavioral health challenges.

• Facilitate short-term case management services, helping clients engage actively in their treatment process.
\n
• Participate in crisis intervention strategies, performing assessments, de-escalation techniques, and coordinating with public mental health crisis response teams when necessary.

• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure continuity of care through the follow-up assessment and prevention planning after a crisis incident.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes as per clinic standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing chronic mental health conditions, families navigating complex psychosocial environments, and children and adults managing situational stressors. Our focus is on creating an affirming space for clients, addressing unique cultural and social factors that influence their mental health experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science or closely related field is required.

• Applicants must have at least 2 years of post-licensure experience, with a current and relevant California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) designation, including LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing clinical mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.
\n
• A solid understanding of various mental health disorders and the ability to implement effective treatment strategies.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation, ensuring compliance with all legal and insurance requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
