Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work setting, allowing you to create a personalized work schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Our outpatient office structure focuses on delivering care through live video sessions and self-guided video lessons, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both therapists and clients. Our operational and billing support teams play an essential role in enabling counselors to concentrate entirely on patient care, as they handle administrative tasks and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT to assist individual adults in achieving their treatment goals.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress tracking tools to monitor treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.

• Engage in weekly drop-in consultation sessions with leadership for clinical support, sharing insights and receiving guidance based on real-world experiences.

• Dedicate time to follow up on clients’ progress and communicate any critical updates to the care team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of adults, including those with complex mental health disorders and individuals facing heightened emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• At least one year of independent licensure as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Momentum Recovery Facility offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
