Key Responsibilities\n

Counselors are expected to apply a harm-reduction model, meeting clients where they are in their recovery journey. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
