Our telehealth model enables flexibility in your schedule, with designated office hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging, one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients to address a variety of mental health concerns, ensuring a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques to encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, facilitating a deeper understanding of their interpersonal relationships.

• Act as a client advocate by helping them identify, articulate, and achieve their personal goals through tailored treatment plans.

• Evaluate clients' mental health statuses regularly and adapt treatment plans as necessary, employing solution-focused interventions that reflect your clinical acumen and continued education.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. Our clients are often seeking stabilization and improvement in their daily functioning. By fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, you will guide them through their mental health journeys, enhancing their resilience and overall life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license such as: \n

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to financial compensation, full-time therapists will receive:
