Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gain insight into client concerns and needs, thereby crafting personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually for full-time counselors, in addition to a monthly healthcare stipend to support your wellness needs. Employed counselors also benefit from free access to our telehealth platform as clients, enhancing both personal and professional growth.
