Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide services from your own home while remaining connected with colleagues through regular team meetings and peer supervision. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' strengths and challenges, establish treatment goals, and enhance therapeutic rapport.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, employing methodologies that encourage active participation in their growth process.

• Facilitate collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community organizations to deliver holistic care and to connect clients with additional resources.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Your role will involve empowering clients to develop coping strategies and finding pathways toward healing and personal success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth systems, ensuring smooth virtual service delivery.
