This position is 100% remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home in Beaverton, Oregon, while accessing cutting-edge telehealth technology to facilitate sessions with your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, to a diverse client base of all ages.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ strengths, needs, challenges, and treatment goals, employing evidence-based practices for accurate evaluations.
\n
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client assessments, continually adjusting approaches to reflect progress and emerging needs.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and established community partners to ensure clients receive holistic and coordinated care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment interventions within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to refine your practice and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied population, providing therapeutic support to individuals of all ages experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our approach emphasizes building strong therapeutic alliances and promoting a safe, judgment-free space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure in the state of Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or clinical settings, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Strong clinical evaluation skills for making informed treatment recommendations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a genuine, empathic approach to working with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic frameworks.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide:
