Director of Technical Program Management

Driving critical cross-functional priorities, the full-time Director of Technical Program Management will lead large-scale new product development programs, utilizing AI tools to enhance program delivery and collaborating with senior executives in a flexible or remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage high-visibility cross-functional programs, identifying and prioritizing initiatives that impact revenue and competitive advantage Translate business objectives into execution strategies, overseeing technical project planning and delivery from conception to operations Develop scalable processes and governance frameworks, ensuring accountability and effective communication across teams and stakeholders Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Management Consulting, or Strategy roles Expertise in the enterprise software/SaaS industry with a strong understanding of AI integration in work processes Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across various functions and geographies Experience in managing complex, cross-functional programs with a focus on strategic outcomes Strong communication skills, with proficiency in using AI tools for drafting and refining communications
