Job Details Responsibilities: Lead and manage a high-performing team of software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning it with business objectives. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications across multiple platforms (.NET, Azure, iOS, Android, Maui). Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions within set deadlines. Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing. Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize software development needs. Manage software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our software development practices as appropriate. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software development team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in developing software for .NET, Azure, iOS, Android, Maui, or equivalent platforms. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team of software developers. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering software development projects on time and within budget. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to overcome technical challenges. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends.
