Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Production Scheduler:Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term production schedulesCoordinate with production, operations, supply chain, and customer service teamsMonitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or shortagesAnalyze capacity, labor, and material availability to optimize workflowCommunicate schedule updates, risks, and changes to key stakeholdersTrack performance metrics including on-time delivery and schedule adherenceMaintain accurate planning data within ERP and MRP systemsCollaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availabilityWhat You Need to Bring to the Production Scheduler Role:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business, or related field preferredExperience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operationsExperience in a manufacturing environment preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with ERP or MRP systems and Microsoft ExcelAbility to maintain organization and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate across teamsAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and production demandsThis position offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your overall well-being.
