Job Title Direct Sales Agent Specialist (Direct Auto Insurance – Allstate Business) Job Responsibilities Drive profitable growth and achieve business goals by generating new sales and building client relationships. Attract and generate new customers and cross‑sell existing customers across product lines including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance. Sell to walk‑in customers, conduct marketing calls, and hold in‑person visits to build community relationships and promote growth. Develop and maintain a book of business within the market/retail location. Initiate outbound calling to established target customer base for product offerings. Work with Direct Sales Leadership to plan, implement, and manage marketing and sales processes to achieve production and growth goals. Monitor key competitors in the local market and provide suggestions to improve company positioning. Ensure compliance with all rules, procedures, and standards consistent with managerial supervision. Receive customer payments, issue receipts, and verify cash drawer reports. Minimum Qualifications 0–2 years of relevant experience. P&C licensing (preferred) or a commitment to attain required licensure within 90 days of joining. Preferred Qualifications Successful track record of closing sales of insurance and ancillary products. Exceeds sales goals through new product sales and cross‑sell/retention. Leverages community contacts to build a sales pipeline and maintain an active presence in the community. Proactive outbound calling to target customers. Strong understanding and promotion of company underwriting guidelines and policies. Ability to manage and deliver optimal results across quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics. Compensation Unlicensed Candidates: Base: $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Licensed Candidates: Base hourly rate plus inclusive of incentive pay such as commissions and bonuses based on individual and team performance.
