What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—covering areas like chemistry, hematology, and immunology—while following established protocols.
• Analyze results meticulously for accuracy, address inconsistencies, and perform preventative upkeep and calibration on lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Document all procedures thoroughly, mentor newly hired staff or students, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace, and consistently adhere to regulatory and accreditation measures.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your career with us.
