Position Overview – Your Role

• Conduct a variety of routine and intricate clinical laboratory tests across multiple disciplines—like chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established guidelines.
• Verify results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform both routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection processes and manage sample preparation for required testing.
• Accurately document all procedures and actively engage in training new team members or interns while upholding quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a tidy, secure workspace and adhere strictly to regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health qualification accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) board certification within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
